Our PSS (Premier Office Self-service System) help customers managed their office efficiency through web interface.

As a registered PO customers, you will be assigned a PSS account which can allow you to:

Manage the phone billing: you can check your detail of phone call for those calls: outgoing calls from your phone, forwarding calls. If you lease the office and left the phone for your staff to use, PSS is the best tool for you to manage how efficiency your staff is doing by the phone.

Change the email to receive your fax from our Fax-to-Email: what happen if your email does not work? You can change to another email and your fax pages will be sent to the new email

Store your fax pages: PSS help you to store your fax. You can access to retrieve or delete the fax pages at anytime.

Change the Email to receive voicemail:
Store your voicemail as your own directory and can only access by you. You can access to retrieve or delete the voicemail at anytime

View transaction of your office: whenever there is a new transaction occur at your office such as: new postal mail arrives at your office, your customers visit your office, response from PO according to your requests ... our Customer Service will update the information about that transaction on your database, and you can view it at any time, at the same time, a notification email of the transaction will be sent to your registered email.
